After last Sunday's worship, my wife and I drove to New Hampshire to look at houses. We learned really quickly the difference between the way a house is photographed and the way it looks in person. The way the house is situated to the street, the quality of the neighborhood and lots of other factors need to be considered. In the end we found a house we liked in our price range and made an offer. We'll see how that goes. Our experience got me thinking about how we, as Christians, present ourselves to others, do we seem like our Christian faith is important by what we do? Do we mention our faith in casual conversation? Or do people know just by how we treat other people? In the end, that is really what matters to God, how we treat God's creation. This week's message focuses on understanding that it has never been our job to decide who is and who isn't worthy. Our job is to trust that everyone belongs to God, and that God will decide who has been true to God's commandments.
Rev. Hoyt will be in the office on Wednesdays from 9 to 1 and available for Pastoral care and visitations as needed. If you know of someone who needs a visit please let me know. I can be reached at email@example.com or 508-224-9507. Next week will be his last week!

Please join us for our eighth Taizé worship service! The worship style of the Taizé community offers a quiet place to pray, meditate, reflect, listen or just be. The service is open to any and all people and will last approximately 40 minutes. Talk to Bruce Weaver (email@example.com) if you have any questions.
We are well on our way to recycling! We have some volunteers and now we just need some bins. If anyone has any plastic bins that we can use both in Fellowship Hall and down in the office, please let me know! I'm looking for something that won't take up too much room as we don't have too much to recycle, but mostly a reminder to recycle! If you have any old recycle bins or small rectangular bins that you are not using, I'm sure we can use them. Right now we will be collecting plastic bottles, cardboard and paper. Hope to expand to soda cans before our suppers start up in the Fall.
If you are interested in helping reduce our trash, please contact me in the office, 508-252-4545 or reply to this email. Thanks!!!! Kathy
